First PTO Meeting of the Year

Thanks to all who came to our first PTO meeting of the 2020-21 school year! Despite being virtual, we had a great spirit of togetherness. In fact, we've heard from many that the virtual format actually makes it easier to attend meetings so we will likely keep it as an option even when we do return to in-person gatherings.

PTO co-president Katherine Martinelli gave an overview of what the PTO is all about, how folks can get involved, and what events we've got in the works this year and how we'll be adapting them to a virtual or distanced format. PTO teacher representative, first grade teacher Ms. Lindsay was present to answer questions and principal Mr. Harris provided some updates.
