About the Event
Wood Chip Day is a commnity service and building project where Eberwhite students and families help spread wood chips on the trails in the Eberwhite woods. This helps mark the trails, prevents erosion and creates a more pleasant walking/running trail.
- Wood Chip Day 2022: Wednesday October 21st (note: this is the rain date)
- All-day Event
- Classes sign up for a 40-45 minute time slot betwen 9:15am-4:45 pm
- Volunteer Sign-Up Genius
- Adult volunteers will help fill/spread wood chips
- Students pull the empty sleds
- Families share sleds, shovels and rakes for the day. Donations of these items are appreciated.
