Supporting the academic, social, and cultural development of every student at Eberwhite Elementary School
Information & Resources for Parents
We've curated some resources from Eberwhite, AAPS, and the local Ann Arbor community that we hope will be helpful to parents.
Eberwhite Info
Find contact info for all teachers and staff in the staff directory.
The Eberwhite library is a wealth of online resources, including a compilation of activities, book and reading lists, and more.
AAPS
The district put together a video with helpful explanations of the three learning options for elementary students in the AAPS Reimagine Learning Framework. Our own Bill Harris is one of the speakers!
For more information on the virtual re-opening of school this fall, check out the AAPS Reimagine Learning Framework.
If you're wondering how IEP and 504 evaluations, re-evaluations, and accommodations will be approached while school is virtual, check out the video of the AAPS Information Session for Parents of Students with Special Needs.
Community Resources
AAPS put together this thorough collection of community resources, with information about COVID-19 specific resources as well as assistance with food, housing, internet, mental health, medical needs, and even links for educational websites and activities parents can turn to during the pandemic and beyond.
The Ann Arbor Public Library (AADL) is an incredible resource. They offer free homework help and live online tutoring support, writing support, language support and more. AADL.tv features a robust library of recorded and live storytimes, art and craft classes, trivia, and so much more.
We will continue to update this list but if you have anything to add or can't find what you're looking for email us at eberwhite.pto@gmail.com
